Apple has made iBooks 2 available for everyone today in the App Store. The software is free, and it will allow for students to access interactive textbooks on the iPad. A new textbooks category has also been added to the iBookstore. iBooks 2 can be downloaded now in the App Store.Click here to visit the new textbooks category of the iBookstore. These interactive textbooks and be created for free on the Mac with the iBooks Author app. Apple also introduced the iTunes U app today for college and university students.
