Apple may be Release a Larger iPod touch?

 AppleInsider reports, Kuo described a new iOS device that is undergoing evaluation for a potential release during the second half of 2011, with a screen size between that of the current iPad and the iPhone. Speaking of this new product, Kuo said he was “not sure” whether it would be “a ‘Super iPhone’ or a ‘iPad mini.’”

Lawsuit Against Apple Regarding Overheating iPad was Dismissed

On the heels of news that Apple may be in the process of provoking an anti-trust dilemma over the company’s new App Store subscription policy, Apple is off the hook with regard to another lingering legal matter involving the issue of overheating iPads. According to a report Wednesday morning from our friends at Computer World, the lawsuit in question has effectively been dismissed.
