Apple’s iOS Devices Receive Pentagon Approval


Apple’s iOS devices have today been cleared for use on United States military networks by the Defense Department, Bloomberg reports. The move comes after Samsung’s new Galaxy S4 and the latest devices from BlackBerry gained government clearance earlier this month.

iPhone 5 Gets Regulatory Approval On Its Way To China

It’s coming, China.

In December, Apple will launch the iPhone 5 in December, the world’s largest mobile market. Before it can do that, however, the handset needs regulatory approval. Two devices have just been given the go-ahead by China’s State Radio Management, one of which is destined for China Unicom and China Mobile, which the other is headed to China Telecom.

iPhone 4S Enjoys a 96% Customer Approval Rating

Apple’s new iPhone 4S is certainly off to a great start in terms of customer satisfaction. According to a new report from ChangeWave Research, the iPhone 4S enjoys the highest customer satisfaction rate of any new iPhone since the research firm began tracking iPhone user approval ratings.

ChangeWave’s survey indicates that 96 percent of owners are “satisfied” with the device. More specifically, 77 percent of survey respondents consider themselves to be “very satisfied” with the Apple  [Read More…]

Google+ iOS App Is Awaiting Approval From Apple [Confirmed]

Few hours ago, according to Google’s own Erica Joy, that the iOS app has in fact been submitted to Apple for review some time ago. It is now stuck in review and we are waiting for approval.
