iPad Tops J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Survey For Second Year Running

The iPad has earned first place in the J.D. Power and Associates customer satisfaction survey for the second year in a row, just a month after Apple’s iPhone secured the award for the ninth time. The popular slate scored 836 out of a possible 1,000 points having been rated on performance, ease of operation, styling and design, features, and cost.

Apple Sends Out Email To Brag About Ninth Straight J.D. Power And Associates Award

Apple’s getting a lot more aggressive with its marketing campaign against Android. After debuting its “Why iPhone” webpage last Saturday, Apple has a snarky little update for all the iPhone haters.

Apple’s iPhone Tops J.D. Power’s Customer Satisfaction Survey Again

Turns out iPhone buyers like their products. Apple once again topped the J.D. Power customer satisfaction survey with a satisfaction score of 839 out of 1,000. The survey measures satisfaction with performance, ease of operation, features, and physical design. HTC took second place with a score of 798, Samsung followed closely behind with a score of 769, and Motorola a score of 758. The industry average score is 774. iPhone Tops J.D. Power 2011 Customer Smartphone Satisfaction Survey

It’s J.D.Power survey time once again, and as is becoming the norm Apple’s iPhone has come out top, voted by users as the handset they are most satisfied with.

As 9to5Mac reports, Apple came out top ahead of competitors Motorola and HTC, with RIMs BlackBerry being ranked last.
