Snoop-Lion1

This is the single most important bit of news you will read all day: the artist formerly known as Snoop Dogg has a new game coming out for the iPhone. The d-o-double-g, who now calls himself “Snoop Lion” and pretends to be from Jamaica, will be releasing Way of the Dogg in an App Store near you very soon.

Here’s the trailer:

Gameplay doesn’t actually look half bad—kind of like a less-awesome  [Read More...]

The seed’s release notes don’t contain anything significant, but devs will surely find new stuff once they get to digging through the OS.  [Read More...]

Larger cursor size in Mac OS X

Adjusting the mouse pointer sizes is a simple way to greatly improve accessibility for individuals with visual impairments. But the most frequent uses though, having a less dramatic difference with just a slightly larger cursor can be a nice way to ease locating the pointer on extra large screens or during presentations.

Where to change the size of the pointer in OS X has been  [Read More...]

Invert Colors Keyboard Shortcut

If you were used to inverting the colors on your Mac with a Control-Command-Option-8, you might have noticed that this has changed in OS X Mountain Lion. The older keyboard shortcut doesn’t work any more, and has been replaced with the less simple Command-Option-F5 shortcut to bring up an Accessibility Options dialog box. You have to then manually click the checkbox next to Invert Display Colors.

Here’s how to  [Read More...]

Invert the screen colors in Mac OS X

Many Mac users noticed that the old Invert Display keyboard shortcut disappeared from OS X Mountain Lion (and beyond), only to be replaced with a different Command+Option+F5 keyboard shortcut that summons Accessibility Options, from which you now have to manually invert the screen by checking a box on or off. If you want to get the good old fashioned Control+Command+Option+8 inversion keystroke back on  [Read More...]
