We’re starting to hear reports that people who preordered the iPad Mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular are having their shipping notifications updated, alerting them of a November 21 November 16 delivery date, with shipping to start in the next five business days.

Apple Says iTunes 11 Will Be Delayed Until November

Apple has just confirmed via an official spokesperson that the release of iTunes 11 will be pushed back until November.

CNET has the statement:

iPad Mini Seems Locked In For November 2nd Launch

The iPad mini’s little price tag could have an impact on 9.7-inch iPad sales.
