iPad Tops J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Survey For Second Year Running


The iPad has earned first place in the J.D. Power and Associates customer satisfaction survey for the second year in a row, just a month after Apple’s iPhone secured the award for the ninth time. The popular slate scored 836 out of a possible 1,000 points having been rated on performance, ease of operation, styling and design, features, and cost.

Amazon Beats Apple To Top Spot Of U.S. Consumer Satisfaction Poll


Amazon has topped a poll for the best reputation among 14,000 U.S. consumers, narrowly beating Apple who was last year’s number one. The retail giant achieved an 82.62% positive reputation, according to research firm Harris Interactive, while Apple achieved 82.54%. Google nabbed fourth place with a vote of 81.32%.

Amazon, Apple, and Google all made the top five, with Walt Disney and Johnson & Johnson taking second and fifth place respectively.  [Read More…]

Motorola Atrix HD Beats Galaxy Note II, iPhone 5 In Customer Satisfaction Survey

How happy are you with your smartphone? According to a survey of 92,825 smartphone user in the United States, the Motorola Atrix HD delivers the most satisfaction with an impressive 8.57 out of ten. Another Motorola device, the Droid RAZR M, is ranked second with 8.5 out of ten, while the iPhone 5 is ranked fifth with just 8.23 out of ten.

Apple’s iPhone Tops J.D. Power’s Customer Satisfaction Survey Again

Turns out iPhone buyers like their products. Apple once again topped the J.D. Power customer satisfaction survey with a satisfaction score of 839 out of 1,000. The survey measures satisfaction with performance, ease of operation, features, and physical design. HTC took second place with a score of 798, Samsung followed closely behind with a score of 769, and Motorola a score of 758. The industry average score is 774.
